Years of Dedication to Estate Planning and Elder Law
In 2012, I established the Law Firm of Julie R. Johnson to focus exclusively on providing the absolute best estate planning and legal services to each of my clients. In 2013, I became accredited by the Office of General Counsel/Department of Veterans’ Affairs to work on benefits cases involving U.S. veterans and their entitlement to the Aid and Attendance pension. In 2014, I became Board Certified in Estate Planning and Administration by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization. I also completed the Medicaid Practice Systems program in Syracuse, New York, and developed a background in Medicaid rules and eligibility for long term care benefits.
Experience and Focus
My practice focuses on estate planning and administration, with an emphasis on wills, trusts, successions, special needs planning, Medicaid planning, veterans’ benefits, elder law, and general asset protection.
